Cylinder deactivation operation will help to improve the engine in part of the load conditions of fuel efficiency,to achieve fuel-saving purposes.And the imbalance caused by the operation of the cylinder is likely to cause the torsional vibration of the crankshaft.Therefore,it is very practical to study the torsional vibration problem caused by the engine cylinder deactivation.This paper puts forward the working condition of rotating cylinder deactivation and takes MAN 6S50ME-C diesel engine as the research object.Firstly,the 3D solid model of each component in crankshaft shaft is created by SolidWorks software,and the multi-rigid body dynamics model is obtained by ADAMS.The ANSYS software is used to simulate the crankshaft and obtain the flexible body.The modal neutral file required for the crankshaft is imported into the ADAMS to replace the rigid crankshaft,apply the load and restrain,and obtain the rigid-flexible mixing model.Then,the operation mode of the cylinder deactivation condition is determined.Based on the established rigid-flexible mixing model,the dynamic analysis of the various working conditions is carried out.The piston force,the crank pin force,the main journal force and the output Torque condition.Based on the torsional vibration analysis of the crankshaft under different working conditions,the torsional vibration characteristics of the free end of the crankshaft can be obtained,and the design requirements of the rotation cylinder deactivation can be evaluated from the torsional vibration.At the same time,the tentative study of the cylinder cycle was carried out,and the cycle of the cylinder was doubled and doubled,and the crankshaft torsional vibration characteristics were compared.The simulation results of the crankshaft shaft can be used to study and predict the torsional vibration characteristics of the crankshaft shaft of the real diesel engine.The advanced virtual prototyping technology can simulate the working state of the diesel engine at different points,which is very suitable for the early development and research of the diesel engine.
