China is a coal-based primary energy source of the country,thermal power generation in China's power production occupies a dominant position.With the depletion of fossil fuels and the increasing international environmental emission limits,the development of ultra-supercritical secondary reheating units will be the future development trend of the unit on the basis of existing materials technology and thermal control level.Based on the analysis of the control system of the first Guodian Taizhou 1000 MW secondary reheat unit in China,this paper focuses on the control strategy of steam temperature control and DEH shaft seal system of ultra supercritical secondary reheating unit,control protection,start,run logic and other specific analysis.At the same time,the problems of actual operation are simulated with Taizhou power plant as the model,the influence of steam temperature adjustment mode,the influence of industrial steam extraction,steam temperature adjustment and the improvement measures of DEH start and turn logic are introduced.Through the research and analysis of this paper,it can provide some reference for the practical application of the control system of the supercritical secondary reheat unit.For the better maintenance and control system of the technician,the control system can make the control system more safe and stable,The fine operation of the benefits.
