The output power of intermittent distributed energy sources such as wind power and photovoltaic cells is greatly affected by the climate environment,which has obvious uncertainty,randomness and volatility,which will affect the normal operation of the power system.Self-owned power plant enterprises can rely on the existing coal,electricity,heavy load industry and the local rich wind energy,solar energy resources,for enterprises and industrial parks.Therefore,the establishment of a high level of control system,various operation modes of coordination of distributed power supply,power regulation strategy to determine the network and isolated,the frequency stability of isolated state maintain LAN,has become more and more important and has a strong practical significance.Based on the full investigation of distributed power regulation and automatic generation of isolated power control strategy at home and abroad,aiming at the isolated network frequency control is improved and the existing protective measures from the side of the unit,the lack of control strategy from the whole system on the level of frequency,and puts forward the control strategy of automatic generation with distributed energy enterprises alone net.First analyzes the feasibility and technical requirements of isolated operation,and a detailed description of isolated network stability control function of the system and power control system configuration,and the automatic generation control strategy;secondly study the characteristics and analysis of distributed power grid to grid brings influence to control the overall program,the automatic generation of a steel plant design including: firstly,simulation of steel grid parameters,the automatic control system of each function module set power voltage stability control system design,and structure;finally put forward by turns adjustment strategy to rapidly respond to load changes in the direction of the coordination of each unit FM output distribution,the frequency stability faster to the rated value,realize the optimization of the system a comprehensive capability,makes the power grid has a frequency response capability of the fastest,and through the turn adjustment Each unit,to minimize the frequency of the unit to regulate power,improve the stability of the unit operation,extend the life of the unit.
