Due to the volatility,randomness and intermittent of PV output,incorporation of large scale distributed photovoltaic will have adverse effects on the long-term voltage stability of the distribution network.In order to overcome the deterioration of the voltage quality,the active control is adopted in the distribution network.And the control methods and technical means are closely related to the economic and voltage quality of the power grid.When the distributed photovoltaic grid connected or distribution network planning needs to be determined in a certain voltage control mode,whether it can guarantee the quality of the distribution network voltage quality and safety constraints.Therefore,voltage control simulation analysis and decision support system of Distribution network are urgently needed in order to provide support for the actual project.Under this background,this paper firstly studies the basic theory of distribution network voltage control,and then analyzes the method of voltage control of the distribution network with photovoltaic.On the basis of this,the voltage control strategy without and with PV are proposed.When the PV is not involved in voltage regulation,the substation voltage regulation strategy and adding reactive power compensation strategy are proposed.When PV is involved in voltage regulation,two methods of decentralized and centralized coordination are put forward.With this background,combined with the latest theoretical results in the field of distribution network voltage control,this paper uses MATLAB to write some control algorithms,such as distributed,centralized,and so on,has designed and developed a voltage control simulation system based on.NET platform of distribution network containing a large number of photovoltaic power.The system is utilized to provide supplementary analysis for planning decision.Greatly improves the flexibility of the decision.The system is developed in Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 platforms integrated with the GIS plug-in component Map X.The software test performance is excellent.Finally,a practical dual power 10 k V system is used to verify the system.The system has been applied to a certain power company.
