The grid construction industry has been in a serious homogenization of competition for a long time.This situation poses challenges to the power construction enterprises that they should not only ensure the efficiency and quality of power transmission projects meeting the standard requirements,but also maximize resources,improve input output efficiency and save investment cost to be a cost leader.Meanwhile,on the background of sustainable development,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the cost management of construction project and method optimization.Considering this,we further studied the construction cost management of 110 KV power transmission project to explore a more scientific and effective project construction cost control mode with the management practice.First of all,we analyzed the connotation and characteristics of the substation construction enterprise cost management.For responding the increasing competition of power grid construction market,it is necessary to be a cost leader for the transmission and substation construction enterprise survival and development.Secondly,this paper briefly reviewed the basic theory of engineering project cost management and the researches and applications in both home and abroad.With analyzing the current problems of 110 KV power transmission and transformation project cost management,we tried to explore a more scientific and effective management strategies,and mainly formed a project cost control mode that integrated the gantt chart,homework cost method and t earned value analysis.Then,the suburb of 110 KV power transmission and transformation projects of L Company was used as a case for instance analysis.Following the integrated control mode,with introducing the gantt chart for project schedule control,utilizing homework cost method for accurately accounting engineering project cost,using the earned value analysis method for timely deviation correcting,we ultimately implemented the ascension of project cost management level.Finally,using the matter-element extension,this paper evaluated the effect of this project cost control model.The evaluation results of the cost management mode are good,which proposed for 110 KV Electricity and electricity infrastructure projects in this paper,achieving the expected goal.With studying the case of the 110 KV power transmission project,this paper proposed a cost management model that integrated three kinds of methods: activity based costing,Gantt chart and earned value analysis.It is of great positive significance and reference for improving the cost management level of electric power construction enterprise project and promoting the cost reduction and efficiency increase of enterprises.
