The Beautiful Countryside Planning From The Perspective Of Rural Cultural Heritage

Before the introduction of <The Urban a nd Rural Planning Law>,The process of China’s urbanization paid too m uch attention to the deve lopment of the city wh ile ignoring the rural construction,pursued economic development excessively while neglecting cultural heritage.It was not until“The Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party”putting forw ard new urbanization strate gy,rural construction has become a social hot spot;“The Central No.1 Document in 2013”proposed to build a “beautiful country”,thus the construction of the beautiful countryside in the nationwide spread like a raging fire.Actually the construction of the beautiful countryside paid too muchattention to material planning,but ignoring the connotation construction,especially weakin rural cultural heritage and the prot ection of the vernacular style.The rural culture as the history of civi lization,highlighting the elem ents of the special nature of the place,that is the cornerstone of sustainable rural development,which is needed to be protected and inherited.Jingzhou made a major strategic “Culture Development”in 2012,the government have put a lot of ef forts to build cu ltural park,prom ote cultural tourism,strengthen "Renaissance Jingzhou" in recent years;after shaping the city nam e card for the city culture,gradually pay attention to the starting stage of rural construction,in 2014,Jingzhou stepped into the construction of "the beautiful countryside ",the rural construction mode was facing change and upgra de,respect and inherit the rural culture has become the indispensable content of rural development.This paper summarizes the theory and experience of domestic and foreign rural construction,from South Korea’s "New Village Movement",Japanese "Avillage in One Product",the German "Village Renewal" to the domestic "AnjiMode","GaochunMode",summarizes several conventiona l mode of current rural cu ltural heritage,inheritance and application scope;Based on a series of theoretical research com bined with th e realityl,it makes a judgment on the way of cultural heritage case Fenghe village of the beautiful countryside construction.In the case of Jingzhou C ity,the typical practice of Jianghan plain ordinary village Fenghe Village,analyzes the situation and focus on rural construction in Jingzhou City,ecological and cultural resources mining Fenghe Village,and then chooses the rural leisure Brigade Travel patterns,remodeling and inheriting the rural culture based on the cultur e of watering far ming,com bined with the transformation of the agricu ltural industry to prom ote rural econom ic development,planning to build "the first dream Township Village in Jiangling county ".This paper aims to propose som e suitable ideas for Jingzhou area rural cons truction,there is no fixed pattern in the construction of the be autiful countryside,to construct the countryside according to local conditions and pay attention to the sustain able development are the feasible ways to build the rural areas.
