Along with the strict environmental policy increasing,environmental improvement calls will increasing,nox emission standard is increasingly strict,the new emission charge policy has gradually began to implement.In order to adapt to the new policy for environmental protection and reduce the economic pressure on running of the power plant in the denitration,thorough investigation and careful study on the basis of power plant boiler operation,a power plant 300 mw coal-fired boiler burner alteration in the aspect of necessity and feasibility of low nitrogen,decided to adopt a new corporate research and development of double scale low nitrogen combustion system,and implement the low nitrogen burner technical transformation.This paper firstly introduced the working principle of double scale and low nitrogen combustion technology,pointed out that it is divided into three zones in the longitudinal and two zones in the transverse direction.The fuel concentration separation and the air concentration classification are realized,thereby realizing the purpose of nitrogen oxide reduction,preventing slagging and corrosion etc.The boiler was cold tested after transformation of low NO_x burners,it mainly leveling the first wind mill of each layer of coal,and test the second wind baffle characteristics,the airflow distribution inside the furnace and the air dynamic field were tested,the results showed that the air dynamic field was good,the trajectory of the adhering wind was more obvious,these provided reference basis for boiler thermal test.Then the thermal test under different load of the boiler were tested,the results showed that when using the excess air coefficient,the optimized two air distribution,SOFA air distribution optimization measures,Under the working condition of full load(315 mw),the NO_x emissions concentration value of boiler's SCR entrance is reduced from 575.6 mg/Nm3 to 125.5mg/Nm3(the state?dry flue gas),the fly ash combustible respectively's content is 0.59%,the boiler's thermal efficiency is increased from 94.13% to 94.79%,the main steam temperature is 540.0 ?,reheat steam's temperature is 542.3 ?.the concentration of nitrogen oxide emissions decreased greatly,the efficiency of the boiler maintain a high level,the carbon content of fly ash decreased,heat and reheat steam temperature were in the normal range,other economic indicators were good,it reached the goal.
