The wind load is the main external force of the transmission line of the grid,and the wind resistance coefficient determines the wind load.The development and research of the low wind resistance wire are of great significance to reduce the cost of the line and improve the carrying capacity and safe operation of the transmission line.In recent years,Power grid construction and transmission line development of one of the key technologies.In this paper,according to the actual needs of the project to carry out the transmission line lowresistance wire structure design and research,has important academic significance.In this paper,the most widely used JL / G1A-630 / 45-45 / 7 steel core aluminum wire is used as the base object,and the transformation scheme and main structural parameters of the wire section are studied.According to the basic theory of computational fluid dynamics(CFD)And the analysis method,the design of FLUENT software and the design scheme of different cross sections are used to calculate the drag coefficient of the parameters.The variation law of the drag coefficient of different structures and design parameters is analyzed,which provides the technical basis for the development and development of low resistance wire.In this paper,the reliability of the data and experimental results is calculated by comparing the actual engineering experiment data.The main work of the paper and the results are as follows:1.The computational fluid dynamics model of the aerodynamic characteristics of the conductor is established.Through the simulation and analysis of the FLUENT software environment,the problems such as the addition of boundary layer,the selection of external meshing and the choice of operation model in the wire modeling are studied.2.The design method of low-resistance wire is studied,and the outer structure scheme of V-shaped groove and groove is designed by changing the traditional conductor.By changing the design parameters,the wind resistance coefficient simulation and aerodynamic analysis of the conductor in 98 are completed.The influence of the structure and design parameters of the low-resistance wire on the drag coefficient of the wire is studied.3.According to the influence of low drag resistance on the drag coefficient,the aerodynamic characteristics and operating conditions of the two low-resistance wires under different working conditions are studied,and the different schemes of low-resistance conductor parameters are given.
