| The wind tunnel is an important equipment for the aerodynamic test research.A successful completion of the wind tunnel test depends on the wind tunnel measurement and control system,which is the core component of the wind tunnel.The wind tunnel measurement and control system includes the measuring system and the control system,which is responsible for the safe operation of the wind tunnel test.Therefore,it is of great significance to verify the wind tunnel measurement system and to study the fault diagnosis of the control system.In this paper,the wind tunnel measurement system calibration platform can complete the automatic measurement of the key equipment in the measurement system and to evaluate wind tunnel measurement system.The control system fault diagnosis procedure is a fault diagnosis expert system procedure based on CLIPS development.Firstly,the fuzzy model is introduced.Based on the analysis of each evaluation factor of the wind tunnel measurement system,a multi-level fuzzy evaluation algorithm is adopted,which is the theoretical foundation of developing the performance evaluation program.Secondly,the development of the verification platform of the wind tunnel measurement system is modularized.It mainly includes the following five aspects: interface management program,verification plan development program,execution control program,data management program and performance verification program.In the process of realization,VC ++ is used as a software development tool,and a modular method is designed for each instrument abstraction class for the instruments in the system,so that the instrument has the characteristics of virtual instrument.The reconfigurable modular architecture can meet various testing and diagnosis requirements through different module modules,and can communicate with wind tunnel test management platform and self-service maintenance system to realize information sharing.At the same time,the automatic calibration and fault diagnosis standard flow is established,and the process and method of testing and testing are optimized to make it more standardized and efficient.It can not only meet the requirements of on-the-spot debugging of force and pressure measurement system in main wind tunnel routine test,Fault diagnosis needs,but also as a third-party system to participate in the investigation and other important fault testing tasks.Finally,an improved expert system for fault diagnosis based on VC ++ and CLIPS is designed for the control system.The framework of fault diagnosis software is set up and the expert knowledge is summarized and coded into the knowledge base of expert system.Then,the rule-based Fault diagnosis reasoning process.This method combines the strong reasoning ability of CLIPS and the advantages of MFC-friendly man-machine interface,using the container in C ++ to encode the Chinese expert knowledge.It is convenient for the user to edit the expert knowledge directly in Chinese,and store the expert knowledge by means of database Method,can greatly simplify the maintenance and expansion of expert knowledge.This paper is based on the research of a wind tunnel measurement system and the software development of fault diagnosis of wind tunnel control system.On the basis of extensive research and reading of a large number of documents,the development of automatic verification and fault diagnosis program of wind tunnel measurement and control system is completed.The test result shows that the system runs stably and can complete the calibration test well,and obtains the high precision experimental data and valuable experimental conclusion,which satisfies the requirement of design and has high practicability and versatility. |
