Study On China’s National Park Construction Under Ecological Civilization Vision

Ecological civilization is a brand-new state of the relation between man and nature.It is also the transformation and sublimation of human traditional civilization.The ideals of ecological civilization development is to respect for nature,comply with the nature and protect nature,which is also the harmony between man and nature.As the environmental issues is becoming more and more prominent,such as the tense resource limitation,the serious environmental pollution,the ecological degradation,the complex issue of development and population,people have put forward high standards and high requirements of the construction of ecological civilization.The 3rd Plenary Session of the 18 th Session mentioned that system should be the safeguard of the construction of ecological civilization of our country.Also,the park construction of our country should be treated as one of the important links of the construction of the ecological civilization system.As a kind of special public relaxing area,national parks are built for the purposes of protecting the natural ecosystem and the beauty of nature.It has a variety of functions,such as the right’s maintenance of recreation citizenship,Natural heritage resources will be shared with the people,natural and ecological environment have been protected,The national identity to cultivate,and so on.It is considered to be the capital preservation of the system guarantee of the natural ecological resources.But,China’s national park construction is still in the exploratory stage,There are still a lots of problems.For example,the legal system is unsound,management confusion,ecological resources protection is weak,ecological protection consciousness is weak,lack of ecological brand and so on.Therefore,in the face of the current opportunities and challenges for the construction of national park,the connotation and characteristics of ecological civilization and national park were conducted a comprehensive and in-depth discussion from the perspective of philosophy,science and technology about this paper.It attempts to explore the dialectical relationship between ecological civilization and national park,analyzing the current situation of the construction of the national park in China and some problems,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The national park construction of the goal will achieve systemic,large-scale,scientific and reasonable.And then establishes a sound national park system.It is important value and significance to the protection of the protected areas,the development of the community economy,the inheritance of the local traditional culture,the promotion of the national ecological awareness,the promotion of the construction of the ecological civilization system.
