The aim of this paper is to design and develop an integrated technology of WESP and CO2 resource utilization technology.The aim is to realize near-zero emission of multi-pollutants in coal-fired power plants,improve power generation efficiency and reduce energy consumption.In this paper,a high efficiency absorbent M is added to the wet electrostatic precipitator rinse wastewater to capture the CO2 in the flue gas,so as to achieve the goal of "waste treatment and waste".The optimum conditions of CO2 capture experiment were as follows: the concentration of M solution was 0.25 mol / L,the pH value was 9.0,the gas flow rate was 300 m L / L,and the temperature was 60 ° C.Under the optimal conditions,the conversion efficiency of CO2 absorption and transformation can reach about 38%.The concentration of M solution and pH value are the main influencing factors,gas flow rate and temperature are secondary influencing factors,revealing the dynamics of CO2 capture.The permeation experiments were carried out on the circulating water absorbing solution and the M absorbing solution.The reaction time was prolonged by 5.8 times and the amount of CO2 absorbed increased by 26.4 times due to the effect of M.The absorption effect was remarkable.Combining the actual working conditions of WESP in power plants,The corrosion characteristics and regularity of absorbing liquid M against WESP plates were investigated under the optimum reaction conditions.Normal operating condition?50 ??and high temperature condition?80 ??were respectively simulated.The corrosion behavior of M solution on the WESP plate material?316L stainless steel,lead-antimony alloy,glass fiber reinforced plastic,glass flake?before and after the experiment was analyzed by observation and gravimetric method.The microstructures and functional groups of the samples before and after the corrosion test were examined by scanning electron microscopy?SEM?and infrared spectroscopy?FTIR?.The results can provide relevant technical parameters for the integrated scheme of WESP / CO2 capture and utilization,and provide important basis and reference for the research of the integrated technology of circulating water and CO2 resource utilization process of wet electrostatic precipitator.
