With the development of society,mankind's demand for electric power energy is increasing,while coal,oil,natural gas and other fossil fuels are becoming exhausted,the city PM2.5 environmental indicators continue to warn,CO2 and other greenhouse gas emissions and global warming become the focus problem.Electric vehicles with significant energy saving and environmental protection advantages,the scientific charge scheduling can also play a role in peak load shifting to improve the economic operation of the grid."13th Five-Year Plan" proposed to gradually introduce the concept of integrated resource planning,put power supply side and demand side of the various forms of resources together,plan to let the entire planning system has the smallest total social cost.Therefore,the study of electric vehicle charging strategy based on demand side management has theoretical and practical significance.This paper mainly focus on the following aspects:1.Based on the AnyLogic platform Agent modeling method,an operation simulation system of urban electric vehicle rapid charging station is built,which is based on real geographical environment and taking the randomness of agents into account.The CO2 emission reduction model and energy saving model based on demand side management are introduced.Taking the four ring area of Beijing as an example,the two scenarios of considering the carbon emission from power plant and the urban carbon emission only are taken into account,and the intensity of the incentive policy is adjusted to collect energy saving and emission reduction data,and the results were compared and analyzed.2.From the perspective of load management,taking the distribution capacity limit and user charging cost as constraints,considering the user waiting time,battery capacity and SOC,to build orderly charging management model for residential electric vehicle slow charging facilities,differentiate into a variety of scenarios,such as disorder,direct control and indirect control to simulate the charging mode,come to the best charging strategy.3.Through the demand side management strategy,establish the interaction mechanism between fast charging and slow charging system in urban area,using fast charging model to subsidize slow charging mode,and use slow charging mode to relieve the grid load pressure.
