| Taking voltage sags and harmonics as examples,this thesis analyzes the sensitivity and the tolerance of the user equipment to power disturbances,and discusses the mechanism and characteristics of power quality disturbances.Based on the status quo of power quality,category and capacity of sensitive loads and polluting loads in the studied demonstration PPP,from the power supply capacity,load-sensitive,power quality level requirements etc,designed custom power device's distribution program,function and performance indicators,proposed a comprehensive solution to meet the Premium Power Park various user needs.Secondly,the main power quality control devices mathematical model of SSTS,DSTATCOM,UPQC were analyzed,the simulation model of the devices in the park were established.The results shows that PPP can greatly improve the quality of sensitive user's power quality.Based on the feature of power quality control in the park,combining with mathematical theory deduction,this thesis establishes the comprehensive profits index system of power quality control from four perspective: energy efficiency,economic efficiency,environmental efficiency and social efficiency,which includes 4 second grade indexes and 16 third grade indexes has been established with the application of AHP.The framework of the index system is presented,and the detailed meaning of the indexes are described.Further,the evaluation method of the comprehensive profits of power quality control is put forward based on the comprehensive evaluation theory,we calculate the comprehensive profits indexes of the different power quality control schemes,and get their comprehensive evaluation value by comprehensive evaluation.The comprehensive evaluation value are normalized.We can compare the comprehensive profits of different scheme according to their evaluation values.The comprehensive evaluation process includes data processing,determining the index weight,constructing the model and evaluation results presentation.In addition,the comprehensive profits evaluation and quantification of power quality control in PPP mode is studied. |
