Energy is essential in the development of the world economy,China has always been the energy superpower.In order to reduce the consumption of fossil energy,The development of new energy sources such as solar energy,wind energy has been paid more and more attention.As a kind of efficient and clean renewable energy power generation technology,photovoltaic power generation become one of the fastest developing new type of power industry in recent years.With the continuous improvement of photovoltaic power generation technology and gradually reduce the construction cost,large-scale photovoltaic power station will be built in various places.The output power of photovoltaic power generation is affected by environmental factors,it is intermittent,randomness and volatility,which makes the stability of the photovoltaic power plant control and rapid adjustment capacity is poor.Large-scale photovoltaic power generation will bring a series of photovoltaic problems of power balance and voltage stability to the grid.Power control technology plays a vital role for Photovoltaic power station,it is a problem that needs urgent resolution,which can improve the quality of large-scale photovoltaic power station grid electricity and strengthen the large photovoltaic power grid reliability.In this paper,the simulation model has been built using MATLAB/Simulink platform on the basis of analyzing the basic working principle of photovoltaic cells,then get photovoltaic modules output characteristic curves,Using perturbation method of observation by controlling the Boost circuit duty than the implementation of pv array maximum power.The mathematical model of three-phase grid inverter is deduced according to its circuit structure,according to the power grid voltage oriented vector control method to design the active power and reactive power grid inverter of decoupling control and simulation validation.Finally,in the analysis of background of large photovoltaic power station,A detailed analysis of the actual model of large-scale photovoltaic power station has gotten.The pape r studies the reactive power regulation ability of the photovoltaic,a reactive power and voltage control strategy is proposed to coordinate the photovoltaic power station substation control compensation devices and photovoltaic inverters,by solving the multi-objective optimization model of photovoltaic power plants eventually get the optimal reactive allocation scheme of photovoltaic power station.
