Wind power as the leading industry of the new energy power generation gets the support of government policy in our country.wind power industry sustaine healthy development.High-power wind power generator technologies become more mature,but the bad natural environment making the fan drive system structure under cyclic loading are prone to fatigue damage.So the transmission system state monitoring and fault diagnosis are of great significance.The large-scale wind turbine drive system is as the research object.based on the vibration monitoring signal gear box is studied and the bearing vibration mechanism,failure modes and failure types,the establishment of a typical fault recognition model,focusing on the vibration of the traditional signal analysis methods were analyzed.Explored early identification of weak vibration signal under the strong noise background based on chaos theory model of Duffing oscillator,it can overcome the traditional signal analysis method for defect detection threshold low.Based on the impact point of view,this paper discusses the application of the virtual instrument technology to extract the feature of the transmission system.It can be used as the main means to monitor the state of the transmission system.It can reduce the cost of hardware and improve the efficiency of diagnosis.Finally,using the tools of Lab VIEW software and SQL Server database,set up a complete wind turbine transmission system fault diagnosis platform,including data processing and analysis,fault recognition and other functions.the beneficial exploration has been made for long-term wind power plant to achieve the data collection,electronic ticket,production automation.
