With the continuous improvement of scientific and technological level,chemical cleaning agent is not only increasingly rich species,and the cleaning effect becomes better and better.Chemical cleaning agent cleaning effect can not be separated from the use and improvement of raw materials,citric acid which is a very good chemical raw materials,in the removal of rust rust cleaning effect is very good,is worth a promotion and further research and development of chemical cleaning Agent.In order to grasp the cleaning process in the superheater cleaning in the process of the oxide skin peeling,2013 commissioned by Xi'an Thermal Power Research Institute jointly participate in,static test and dynamic test.At the same time to ensure the cleaning effect and cleaning technology and the existing use of contrast test,laboratory test results show that the catalytic citric acid cleaning process can effectively remove oxide skin of superheater tubes,and will not cause oxide skin of the m assive spalling and plug the superheater of a U-shaped bent pipe;2013-2015 years of superheater and final stage superheater tube after the unit of economizer,water cooling wall,drum,separated platen superheater,the overall chemical cleaning.Superheat er catalytic citric acid cleaning schedule according to the plan successfully completed,no clogging,the material of the superheater within the oxide on the surface of the skin be effectively cleaned.The parameters of the unit running up to now are stabl e in 2-3 years,and the problem of the off tube explosion of the oxide scale is not appeared.To achieve the purpose of long period stable operation has laid a solid foundation.
