Power transformer is one of the most important equipment in substation,and the function of high voltage transmission and low voltage distribution is directly related to the security and stability of power system.In recent years,the rapid growth of power load,the scale of power system.The greater the transformer load is becoming more and more heavy,more and more frequency of short-circuit fault occurs due to chance,resulting in transformer winding damage increased,a serious threat to the normal operation of electric power system.According to the electric power industry standard DL/T911-2004 "power transformer winding deformation frequency response analysis method" regulation,when the axial or radial size change of power transformer windings in mechanical or electric power under the action occurs,usually winding local distortion or displacement of bulge characteristics for winding deformation.Transformer in the short circuit current shock or in the course of the collision,the winding deformation phenomenon,it will directly affect the safe operation of the transformer.This article from the causes of transformer winding deformation of each side is proposed based on the finite element calculation of transformer leakage inductance of unbalanced definition,whereby the deformation degree of winding is quantified,and the calculation method of comparison with the project,using MATLAB/PDE software to verify the correctness of the method,and design a set of deformation can be used the on-line monitoring system of power transformer windings,according to the needs of the actual operation of transformer,the function of software architecture,hardware device designed to make specific design,including the main station data layer,information processing layer and data transmission function and station control center between the layers with the software architecture of the system and the software function module design information processing device,and design.
