Microgrid,Which could avoid serval disadvantage from distributed generation Integration into Power System,has become one of the most favorite research,Because of its structural features,optimal control for microgrid and traditional distribution network have large difference.Classical optimization methods are difficult to apply in microgrid.Because of its good robustness,parallel processing and global optimization ability,the intelligent optimization method has great advantages in the field of micro grid optimization.In this paper,the optimal control problem of a kind of microgrid which contains photovoltaic and multi energy storage is discussed,This paper introduces the background of microgrid and Microgrid optimal control,and the principle,characteristics and application scope of dynamic progralmming and adaptive dynamic programming.Based on the microgrid experimental platform of Guangxi University,a numerical simulation system of photovoltaic microgrid with multi energy storage is built,and the optimization of the simulation system is modeled.Aiming at the characteristics of multi controlled objects in the optimization problem of microgrid with photovoltaic and multi energy storage,We introduce a new distributed iterative adaptive dynamic programming method,The idea of this method is to decompose the complex multi object optimization problem into a set of simple single controlled object optimization problems,Compared with the classical adaptive dynamic programming,this method is more suitable for complex system optimization problems.This Distributed iterative method based on adaptive dynamic programming realizes the algorithm with photovoltaic energy storage and multiple micro grid optimization problems,MATLAB completed the program based on Optimization Algorithm The simulation experiment is carried out.The experimental results show that the distributed iterative adaptive dynamic programming method can be used to solve the optimal control problem of microgrid with photovoltaic and multi energy storage.
