In this paper,the large span string truss structure of the Poyang Lake model test hall was taken as the research object.The author mainly carried out the following work: Firstly,the finite element model of the single-pin string space truss was established by using the large-scale general finite element simulation software ANSYS,and the model of the tire frame was established.Simulating the actual loading process by the software and considering the geometric nonlinearity and material nonlinearity,the Newton-Raphson iteration method was used to consider the stress stiffening effect of the material.And the stress and displacement of the single-pin string truss under the tension of each stage were obtained.Secondly,the finite element model of the support node of the single-pin string truss was established.The same analytical method was used to calculate and the stress cloud of the single-pin string truss support node was obtained.It is a very important task to monitor the construction process of large span space truss.If the monitoring position and results are not accurate,it will be very harmful to the construction and use of the structure.Therefore,this paper used ANSYS software to simulate the tensioning process of the single-pin string truss,in order to provide a theoretical basis for health monitoring of the structure and provide a reference for health monitoring of similar projects in the future. |
