In recent years, with the rapid development of Chinese composite beam bridge, composite box girder bridges with corrugated steel webs were used widely. The new composite box girder bridges with corrugated steel webs are a new structure, whose bottom plate form of steel webs which has light weight and convenient construction, and there is concrete regularly. The advantages of this structure are its light weight, construction is convenient, convenient installation and applicable to small and medium span, etc. In this paper, based on the research achievements of traditional corrugated steel web, through the theoretical derivation and finite element analysis, has discussed the shear lag effect of the double-box single-chamber corrugated steel composite box girder bridges with corrugated steel webs, the mainly completed work is:1.The differential equation and the natural boundary condition of the double-box single-chamber corrugated steel composite box girder bridges are deduced by the minimum potential energy principle of energy variational method. The closed solution of generalized displacement has been obtained. The normal stress distribution and the longitudinal deflection of the upper and lower flanges of the simply supported beam and the two-side consolidation beam have been calculated by an example.2.Through the finite element numerical simulation, the longitudinal normal stress and shear lag coefficient of the upper and lower flanges of the simply supported beam and the two-side consolidation beam are obtained under the concentrated load and uniform load. Then the theoretical results have been validated.3.The effect of the folds effect on the positive stress, shear lag coefficient and longitudinal deflection of the upper and lower flanges of the corrugated steel web composite beam bridge has been analyzed,by comparing the simply supported beam and the two-side consolidation beam.4.At last, through the finite element numerical simulation. The influence of support condition and span change on the shear lag effect of the new composite structure is studied.
