| With the increasing level of space grid shell technology and the increasing demand for space structure span,the traditional steel structure has been unable to meet the requirements,so the aluminum alloy reticulated shell structure will be applied.Aluminum alloy because of its light-weight,high-strength,corrosion resistance and excellent processing performance,has been used more and more in the field of building structure,especially in the field of space structure,having a huge space for development.Due to the particularity of aluminum alloy material,welding is difficult,so the node of the aluminum alloy grid shell structure is bolted,the TEMCOR joints in this paper connect by bolt from disc to member bar.But TEMCOR joints connected by bolts,can not simply seen as rigid joints,nor seen as the articulated joints,it has a certain stiffness,it should be a semi-rigid connections between a rigid and articulated.Because the quality and rigidity of the aluminum alloy structure are smaller than that of the steel structure,and the semi-rigid characteristics of the TEMCOR joints,the aluminum alloy grid shell structure is more sensitive to the wind load than the traditional steel structure,so studying on the wind resistance of aluminum alloy latticed shell structure has a very important significance.Currently,many scholars engaged in wind research network of steel shell,and made a series of important results,but it is less to study the aluminum alloy grid shell structure considered joint stiffness.So this paper is studying the wind resistant performance of the Aluminum Alloy TEMCOR joints grid shell,drawing some conclusions,and hoping to be help for the research on wind resistance performance of shell structure.(1)Introducing the theory and method of numerical simulation of wind load,and using the autoregressive filter method(AR method),this paper simulates the model of nodal wind speed by writing MATLAB program,then,according to the related calculation formula,transform the wind speed time series to wind load time series which can act on the structures directly.(2)Because in the "reticulated shell structure technical regulations",the TEMCOR joints is not gave the standard of the stress calculation,have more bolts and more complex force.In order to get the joint stiffness accurately,this paper is modeled the TEMCOR joints by ANSYS,and calculates the rotational stiffness.(3)Because of the large span of the reticulated shell structure and the large number of joints and bars,it is necessary to deal with the six member bars on each joint when simulating the semi-rigid,and each pole should consider three directions rotation stiffness,and manual operation of the workload is very large,so this paper is using the ANSYS software APDL parameterization to model and simulate semi-rigid of joints.(4)In this paper,four models are established,each of which has a ratio of rise to span of 0.2 and 0.3,each of which is divided into a rigid connection model and a semi-rigid model by using the model.Because the wind resistance study of semi rigid model is too little,there is no clear rules,so this paper established the rigid model,based on rigid model as a benchmark,after the stiffness change comparison node,the impact on the wind resistance performance of structure. |
