With the scale of the city continues to expand,traffic pressure continues to increase and public transport mode continues to increase,more and more travelers will inevitably complete some transfer between different modes of transport,so effective coordination is the key to improve operational efficiency.Bus Rapid Transit and Conventional Public Transport as the most important two forms of urban public transport,it is very necessary and meaningful to coordinate the scheduling research.This paper is based on the existing public transport network,by adjusting the bus interval of different bus lines so that the conventional bus can cope with the operation of the rapid transit to improve the efficiency of the two modes of transport and public transport system between the level of service,promote Sustainable development of the public transport system.First of all,this paper summarizes the status of domestic and foreign.According to the shortcomings of domestic and foreign research,the necessity and importance of coordinated investigation of BRT and conventional bus are obtained.Secondly,this paper analyzes basic content and principles of coordinated bus rapid transit and regular bus which run on bus rapid transit special line on the part of th operating line and the influence of service level on bus operation based on the analysis of bus rapid transit system on the basis of the basic theoretical knowledge and conventional public traffic.Make detailed analysis for the indicators of public transport service level and select a number of representative indicators as the service level of this article evaluation indicators and modeling.Thirdly,according to the connotation and principle of the rapid transit and the conventional bus and the thought of Stochastic Chance-Constrained Pro-gramming,under the constraint of the service level and the limits of departure,established the operation model of bus rapid transit,which aimed at minimize the total cost consists of Bus Rapid Transit System,and the decision variable is the departure interval of Bus Rapid Transit.Based on this,considering the transfer between the two modes of transportation,a coordinated scheduling optimization model based on the total cost of the bus system and the optimal cost of passenger travel is established.The decision variable are the departure interval of conventional bus by optimizing the bus departure interval to achieve the operation coordination of Bus Rapid Transit and conventional bus.Then,according to the characteristics of the model,a hybrid intelligent algorithm combining particle swarm optimization and stochastic simulation is proposed,and giving concrete steps,then using Matlab to solve the established two models respectively.Finally,this paper selecte Lanzhou Anning's real transport network as practical analysis of object,which combined with the rapid transit line and 15 Road,72 Road,118 Road,which have connected with rapid transit line.This paper uses the hybrid intelligent algorithm to solve the single-line scheduling model of the BRT and the coordination model with the conventional public transportation.Through the comparison and analysis of the total cost of the bus system and the level of service level before and after optimization,the feasibility of the fast transit and conventional bus coordination and dispatching model is verified and the effectiveness of the algorithm is solved.
