| With the decrease of railway bulk freight volume,the small pieces of goods are more delivered by express company,resulting in railway freight volume decreased significantly,and because of the variety,small batch,multi-batch,high value-added freight volume increased demand for customer delivery of freights is also increasing,however,the speed of railway passenger and freight trains in our country has been greatly improved,which provides favorable conditions for China’s scattered goods to be transported by railway.Scattered goods need to be transported by rail,to change the low speed of transportation in the past,high prices,complex procedures,the station to station transportation’s disadvantage,turning to the integration of transportation,to achieve door to door freight transportation services.While the railway station to door transport services is particularly inadequate,in order to improve its transportation market share,we must improve the station to door transportation services.In this paper,the acceptance and delivery process of railway express freight is taken as the research object.Through the detailed analysis,the problem of regional division of the customer and the loading and unloading of the vehicle are studied,and optimizes the operation process of railway express freight acceptance and delivery.This paper focuses on the issue of region division and stowage optimization of the acceptance and delivery of railway express freight,mainly done the following work:This paper analyzes and studies the problem of customer region division and stowage optimization in the acceptance and delivery of railway express freight,detailed description of the basic concepts division,elements,principles of regional,and the factors that influence the region,Establish the shortest distance within the customer group as the goal,to the same customer only in one area,there is no cross between different customer groups for the customer region division of the mathematical model;And introduced the basic concept,elements,principles and the impact of the load and the difference between the allocation of vehicle loading,Set up to use the minimal number of vehicles as the goal,with the mixed limit,the vehicle capacity is limited to the constraint of the loading optimization mathematical model.According to the established model,the rule engine algorithm is designed,and the paper introduces the working principle and implementation process of rule engine,and the advantages in the solving process,at the same time,proposes the mechanism of region division and vehicle stowage optimization based on rule engine,combining with the goal and constraints of the model,the rule of the model is designed with the principle of rule engine.Integrating rule engine and system development,this paper uses the advanced programming language MyEclipse to design the B/S architecture,which is composed of Web layer,business application layer,data structure layer and core function layer,this paper introduces the loading and execution of the rule file in detail,designs and implements the operation mechanism of the rule engine,and realizes the region division and stowage optimization,and according to the real-time information of freights,based on the designed rules,system can schedule the acceptance and delivery of region and vehicle stowage,and combines with the map display the divided region,as well as the transmission stowage plan.It is convenient for staff in the field to carry out the work,improve the work efficiency and realize the data management and analysis.In this paper,the process of accepting and delivering is optimized through the division of the region and the optimization of stowage,improving the efficiency of the acceptance and delivery and the efficiency of the whole railway express freight,with real-time information on the goods for the premise,design rules for the operation criterion,completed the division and loading optimization area,and according to the actual situations to improve the rules,in order to better adapt to field work. |
