| With the rapid development of high-speed railway in our country,people have higher requirements on the safety and reliability of railway transportation.Switch machine is one of the important basic equipments in the railway signal system.It’s used for converting the switch rail or point rail of turnout to control the train running routes.Whether it can run reliably,securely and efficiently or not directly influences the security of the train operation and efficiency of the railway transportation.Due to the diversified structure form and interrelated functions between components of switch machine and the complex outdoor environment,failure is hard to avoid during use.Once the occurred failure cannot be maintained timely,it will lead to serious consequences.Therefore,it has important significance for implementing maintenance of switch machine,improving the safety and reliability of the equipment and protecting the train operation security of high-speed railway to grasp timely and accurately the current running state of switch machine,and to predict its future health trend.This thesis selects S700 K switch machine as the research object.The failure and reliability of switch machine are analyzed deeply to sum up failure modes and causes,according to the function structure of switch machine and the actual operation condition on site.O n this basis,the system structure of switch machine integrated health management is set up.The key techniques of switch machine health management,namely health assessment and life prediction,are intensively studied,and an important component is taken as an example to analyze and verify these methods.First of all,the thesis introduces the composition structure,function and working process of switch machine,deeply analyzes failure modes,failure causes and failure probability of its important components,and researches its reliability,which lay the theoretical foundation for the research of the key technology of switch machine health management.Secondly,through investigating a lot of literatures,combining with the structure function and work characteristics of the equipment,the index system of switch machine health evaluation is to be established.According to the influence of different evaluation indexes to switch machine health condition,the improved analytic hierarchy process will be applied to determine evaluation index weights,and the expert investigation method will be used to determine the membership degree evaluation matrix.In addition,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to assess health status of the equipment,and on the basis of health assessment,the markov theory will be adopted to predict the equipment’s remaining life.Finally,the software of health management system of switch machine is realized in this paper.Combining with Access 2003 database and Matlab calculation tool,using Visual C++6.0 realizes the design of the man-machine interaction interface of switch machine health management system.Meanwhile,functions of health assessment and life prediction is realized by writing the corresponding program,which provides theoretical support for maintenance personnel during routine maintenance and fault handling of equipment. |
