| BIM technology,Building Information model(BIM)plays an indispensable role in the engineering construction industry in the high degree of information of today.The industrialization of bridge engineering in our country is accelerating,the form of bridge with special structure emerging endlessly,the number of participants in the project is increasing,the convergence between the various departments and the profession becomes more and more frequent,this will put forward higher standards and requirements for parameter sharing and collaborative work among different units.The emergence of BIM technology promoted the rapid development of information technology of the construction industry.Therefore,this paper applies BIM technology to bridge engineering,explores the application of BIM technology in bridge Engineering.The paper analyzes the development and application of BIM technology in the bridge engineering at domestic and foreign,introduces the concept of BIM technology,application status,several kinds of widely used BIM software and eight characteristics of BIM technology.Based on BIM technology characteristics,the paper explores some related applications of BIM technology in the bridge project prophase planning stage,design stage,construction stage,operation and maintenance four main stages.Discusses the method of using triangulation data source and point data source to generate triangulated surface model based on the Civil 3D software of Autodesk company.Based on engineering of a steel truss stiffening PC continuous box-girder bridge,the paper studies the "family" in the process of modeling of the bridge model template type selection by using BIM technology;Discusses the variable cross-section box girder single box double room,rounded shape on the bridge pier,“H” type of CHS,longitudinal,interpolation nodes,portal frame,such as modeling method,the ordinary reinforced and prestressed concrete model creation method,enrich the original Revit “clan” library;Discussed the 2D drawings based on BIM technology method of automatic output and quantity statistics;By Navisworks platform for steel truss stiffening PC continuous box girder bridge girder cantilever hanging basket construction and erection of steel truss construction simulation of the process,discuss the progress of tasks and the choice of selection and creation method;Analyzed the Revit model import Lumion three methods,including “Revit to Lumion Bridge,” plug-in reforming process,format conversion,model decomposition method.Discuss the space location of target project;Analyzed based on Lumion platform steel truss stiffening the material of cover and results of PC continuous box girder bridge project output.Based on the analysis of the above questions,the paper summarizes the research on simulation BIM method of steel truss stiffening of PC continuous box-girder bridge engineering,provides a certain reference for large or complicated bridge engineering using BIM technology to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the design and construction. |
