| With the development of society,energy consumption is increasing.Building energy consumption accounts for a large proportion in total energy consumption.Energy saving building has become an important research topic in the field of architecture,including windows and doors,which has an unshirkable responsibility as "energy hungry".It’s extremely urgent to ease the problem of building energy consumption by finding a new energy-saving door and window materials,in order to promote the implementation of the national green,low carbon environmental protection call and save social resources.As the doors and windows materials related to the performance requirement,release a series of experiments about these properties;first is the basic properties of bamboo aluminum composite materials,including physical,mechanical,thermal properties of bamboo,Aluminum Alloy compressive,flexural and thermal conductivity.Then the aluminum alloy hollow tube was made into composite material by laboratory processing,and the mechanical properties of aluminum and aluminum were simulated by ABAQUS.The experimental results show that the compressive strength of bamboo aluminum composite is about 56 MPa,which is about 1.7 times of the strength of bamboo and 3/4 of aluminum alloy.The residual strength of bamboo composite aluminum is about 40% of its ultimate strength,which can improve the reliability of bamboo-aluminum composite structure;the flexural strength of bamboo-aluminum composite material reached about 90 MPa,about 1.8 times as much as 2.25 times the strength of bamboo and Aluminum Alloy strength.Because of the internal bamboo block filling,the density of the material increases,and the bending strength has been strengthened;40℃ambient temperature has little effect on bamboo composite aluminum thermal expansion deformation;after being affected with damp,the bamboo Aluminum Alloy can prevent package block from wet effect,but in the long term,it ought to be necessary to treat bamboo in case of moisture mildew.In the humid environment,the stability of Aluminum Alloy-compressed bamboo comes up to maximum;about thermal conductivity,thermal conductivity of bamboo composite aluminum is much less than the Aluminum Alloy profile,which is the key to solve the problem of large energy consumption of building doors and windows that we want to see.Bamboo material is a new type of energy-saving materials,especially as the door and window material,it shows good bending,compressive mechanical properties and good thermal insulation and dimensional stability.It aims at building energy efficiency design and energy saving design for further reference.Of course,this type of energy-saving materials can not only make the door and window materials,but also have a wider range of uses,such as indoor insulation pipes,ceiling boards,etc.according to its good performance.If the energy saving bamboo aluminum composite material can be popularized and applied,the utility model can greatly reduce the energy consumption,and also bring a warm and comfortable living environment for the residents. |
