In the construction of social economic construction and cultural development,and constantly improve people's lives,improve today,in order to meet the needs of social development,all kinds of people's life and work environment,people need more life span and work space.Thus,large span and super long concrete structure with its unique advantages,has been widely used,while the long concrete crack control technology is the key to the concrete construction of large span and super long,also the focus and difficulty of construction.In this paper,a domestic high-speed rail station project as an example,analysis of the application of seamless construction technology of large volume concrete structure in practical engineering in the case.The elevated station building layer concrete with micro expansion concrete seamless construction method assisted jump warehouse method,instead of pouring to prevent cracks in the original design and construction way.Compared with other super long and large volume concrete structure crack prevention technology,this technology has the following advantages:1 compared with the original plan to finish the concrete face close together,for the late concrete slab floor decoration and subsequent construction process to create conditions;2 earlier than the original plan for the supply of large span roof lifting and assembly of large space required.3 to shorten the construction period of about sixty days,saving about $ten million investment,significant economic effect.
