Target ship for testing is one of important navy equipment for testing, which performance directly influences the quality of equipment testing. There are some disadvantages in the current test ship of floating type, such as poor stability and lack of reliability. These problems will affect the result of equipment testing on sea. In view of this situation, considering the advantage of jack up platform and catamaran, this paper design a new test platform, research its fatigue strength and the sliding resistance force of pile boots.The paper propose a kind of positioning form using pile boots for bracing according the task requirements. The hull of the test platform is designed to be catamaran. The lifting of the pile boots rely on hydraulic lifting device. The stability of working condition is improved. In the paper intact stability and damaged stability has been checked in moving condition and meet the requirements of the relevant regulations.Structural strength and fatigue strength of the trial platform has been researched and analysis. Wave loading in the condition of migration was calculated by using the wave load calculation software (WALCS), and the wave loading in job conditions was calculated by using the Morrison formula, Checked overall strength of the platform for different conditions the by using finite element numerical method; Fatigue strength analysis for typical stress concentration nodes was conducted based on the principle of spectral analysis and design for finite life,the results meet the strength requirements.In order to avoid the sliding or overturning by wind and wave load in working condition,the paper research and design the structural style of pile boots. The square pile boots are chosen as pile boot form of the trial platform, the constitutive model of Mohr-Coulomb is used to describe elastic plastic mechanical properties of the seabed soil. Sliding resistance force of the pile boots is calculated combined with finite element numerical method. And the results meet the requirements...
