The construction quality of the main hull is a very important part in the Ship construction,reasonable hull quality control is able to guarantee the quality, reduce the main hull cutting, improving the comprehensive level of production technology, reducing the manufacturing cost, promoting the scientific management, reflect enterprise shipbuilding technology and the management level of an important symbol.Considering the 77m saury built by Jinglu shipyard as the research object, accuracy control related problems were brought forth and resolved through the analysis during the hull construction of the first ship, the corresponding solution measures and quality control technology method were formulated,the proposed improvement and measures were validated in the application of subsequent ships’ construction., Verify the rationality and effectiveness of the quality control.Three main parts content are included in this paper:In the first place, the ship hull is divided into three main part according to its structural characteristics, Bottom section, cargo section and Engine block, a series of problems were listed on site in the process of track records, and related reasons resulted these problems were analyzed;Secondly, according to the theory of main body manufacturing drawings, steel cutting,makeup welding,welding,assembly every block total portfolio approach, by the method of dimension chain it is concluded that the range of error in the process of construction, and obtains the corresponding data, on the basis of the optimization precision control technology on the stages of piecewise production under effective control, reduce the tolerance of each step;Finally to 77m saury ship and ship set up surplus amount of compensation system,through a large number of experimental basis and theoretical analysis, establishing the compensation system of the fishing boats, and applied to the design, material, under production of our factory, decrease sublevel production cutting,the hull construction level reaches 90% nonallowance.This article through to the ocean fishing ships factors influencing quality of main body and the analysis of the construction technical difficulties, put forward the precision of quality control method, research on the 77 m saury the owner of the ship hull structure construction quality improvement and improve has direct guiding significance, for the similar construction of the deep sea fishing ships also have reference value.
