Solar energy is a clean and pollution-free,renewable energy,how reasonable development and utilization of solar energy,as the human solution to the environment,the first choice of energy issues.Dye Sensitized Solar Cell?DSSC?as a new type of thin film solar cells because of its simple assembly,low cost,green pollution-free advantages to attract a lot of people interested in research.In this paper,GE/PEDOT composite electrode was prepared by using graphene?GE?and 3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene?PEDOT?as DSSC electrode materials.GE has the advantages of high specific surface area,excellent electrical conductivity,etc.,as the electrode material can be fully and the electrolyte catalytic reaction,and conductive polymer PEDOT has high conductivity,good stability,as the electrode material can make DSSC performance More stable,and both have good characteristics of the conductivity,the formation of both the advantages of a composite in the two electrodes.The main contents of this paper are as follows:?1?GE was prepared by chemical reduction method.GE/PEDOT composite elect rode was prepared by spin coating and electrochemical polymerization.The electroc hemical method was used to analyze the microstructure and mechanical properties o f the composites by electrochemical method.Composite medium,polymerization cur rent and GE on the composite electrode.The results show that the DSSC device w ith GE/PEDOT composite electrode prepared at 0.5mA under the same conditions h as the highest photoelectric efficiency of 4.89%,which is close to that of 1-butyl-3-methyltetrafluoroborate?IL?Under the conditions of the Pt electrode 5.95%,indicat ing the combination of GE and PEDOT,the overall improvement of the performanc e of the electrode.?2?The PEDOT electrode was prepared by using 0.1M LiClO4,IL and Na2SO4,and the influence of the three kinds of medium on the preparation of the electrode was characterized.The results show that the DSSC photoelectric efficiency of PEDOT electrode is 6.60%,IL is 6.40% and Na2SO4 is 3.08% in LiClO4 medium.Because EDOT is the reason of cationic radical polymerization,in a certain range,the quality of polymer was improved with the increasing of the size of anions,and the other electrochemical parameters of the prepared electrode in LiClO4 medium environment are better than those of the other two,At the same time,compared with the higher cost of IL,LiCO4 medium can be obtained in the preparation of the electrode to the best conclusion.?3?The RGO/PEDOT electrode was prepared by electrochemical method and cyclic voltammetry.The photoelectric efficiency of the DSSC device composed of RGO/PEDOT electrode was 7.79%,and the photoelectric efficiency of GO/PEDOT electrode was 7.37%.Because PEDOT has excellent conductivity,it can improve the specific surface area and enhance the conductivity after fully doping with RGO,and improve the photoelectric efficiency and electrochemical performance of the prepared electrode after DSSC.At the same time,Electrode material and FTO surface of the weak combination of the problem,greatly enhance the battery performance.
