With the increase of the urbanization and motor vehicles population,automobile emission has become one of the main pollution sources of urban air quality deterioration.Especially in recent years,the continued and large-scale fog and haze weather happens in the whole nation,and the concentrations of PM2.5 monitoring exceed the standards,which seriously affect our physical and mental health.Thus,it is necessary for putting forward higher requirements so as to comprehensive manage the automobile exhaust pollution in deepening the reform of environmental management.In all exhaust pollutions treatments which are out of the machine,it is especially important to develop environmental pavement material which has the effect of degrading automobile exhaust.Research shows that using nano-TiO2(the photo-catalytic materials)loaded on the pavement to degrade toxic gases has broad prospects.In this paper,based on referring to relevant cement pavement photocatalysis materials at home and abroad,a series of exploratory experiments has been conducted,to find how the nano-TiO2 added into the cement pavement that the photocatalysis material can play a role of degrading exhaust to a great of extent.According to the characteristic that nano-TiO2 is easy to cluster but hard to disperse,and at the same time considering that how to make the automobile exhausts furthest adsorbed to the road surface so that the exhausts can contact with the photocatalysis material adequately and play a good role of photo catalytic degradation,different admixture amounts of nano-TiO2 materials have been exploratively added into cement concrete by two different ways(blending or spraying),which are loaded by a certain amount of materials such as adsorbent,dispersant,surface active agent.What's more,a set of multi-functional gas-solid phase photo-catalytic exhaust degradation testing system has been developed that environmental factors are controllable.Cement concrete specimens loaded with different dosage of nano-TiO2 and carrier materials are placed in this system by simulating the road conditions indoor to test the degradation effect of NO_x exhaust pollutants.The analysis of the test concludes that nano-TiO2 and its carrier materials mixed with cement base material in the form of blending,and the concrete surface was 1 cm layer of polymer cement mortar,their catalytic degradation effect was quite good.Among these,when the content of nano-TiO2 is 5%of the cement content in slurry,the effect of laboratory exhaust degradation is good and economic;Mixing nano-TiO2 with carrier material as water-based coating liquid,then spraying them into the large aperture must surface within the scope of the permeable concrete,the results are also good and economical when the dosage of cement content is 1%.The results of this paper will contribute to improve the environmental cement road surface technology,and provide theory basis for the development and application promotion of environmental protection materials.
