| Interior permanent magnet synchronous motor (IPMSM) has been widely used in high performance drive applications for its advantages, such as compactness, simple structure, high efficiency,high power density,reliability and suitability to environment. It also has a wide range of applications in chemical manufacturing, such as petroleum refining, metal materials,plastic synthesis, food processing and catalytic manufacturing. Sensorless control of PMSM has been a hot research of motor control technology,which isn’t only low cost,but enhances robustness of the whole system. Comparing with others of estimating rotor position and speed,high frequency carrier injection is special adapted to standstill and low speed. Therefore,fuzzy control combined with high frequency signal injection is proposed in this paper to study the control of the motor. This paper mainly solves the application of intelligent control high frequency signal injection in IPMSM.Firstly, this paper introduces the mathematical model of IPMSM and the principle of vector technology; it analyses model reference adaptive (MRAS) control is applied to the low speed of the motor. And analysis the advantage of the rotating high frequency signal injection method in the control system, on this advantage, id=0, maximum torque / current ratio(MTPA), and rotating high frequency signal injection method on vector control of PMSM are analyzed; The fuzzy PI controller is better than the traditional PI speed regulator.Secondly, in order to get the accurate parameters of the rotor, the simulation structure of fuzzy PI、Synchronous frame filter(SFF)、full state observer and heterodyne are constructed.And then, build four kinds of sensorless vector control system with the software MTALB/Simulink: model reference adaptive system(MRAS)、id=0 high-frequency signal injection、MTPA high frequency injection and fuzzy control high-frequency signal injection;Then, the several sensorless control algorithms are analyzed. The simulation results show that the high frequency signal injection method is more suitable for the vector control of the low speed. According to the speed loop of the motor control system, the disturbance caused by the load acting directly on the motor, if only use the PI controller is very difficult to meet the rapid response of the system. The fuzzy PI high frequency signal injection method is used in the PMSM,and this method is simulated by the simulation software. The simulation results show that the error of the rotor position estimation is reduced and the system’s rapidity is improved by the fuzzy PI high frequency carrier injection method. |
