Sand,as the main component of concrete fine aggregate,is mainly derived from the natural river,which fineness modulus of more than 2.2 is known as the sand and which 3.1 or more is known as coarse sand,then a large number of construction projects work in the sand.As the current river sand mining in China,the coarse sand production is decreased year by year,the rest are fine sand.Where the fineness modulus of less than 1.5 greater than 0.7 of the sand is called fine sand,and fineness modulus of less than 0.7 of the sand is called ultrafine sand(or called silt),the Yellow River sand is the Yellow River superfine sand is a kind of superfine sand like flour.The Yellow River sand which is the Yellow River superfine sand is a kind of flour-like superfine sand.The Yellow River superfine sand is taken from the XiaoLangdi reservoir area and its downstream areas of the Yellow River.Its reserves are abundant and it is easy to be exploited.If it is reasonably used,it is very effective for alleviating the severe situation of natural sand and artificial sand in Zhengzhou.Therefore,the purpose of this test is to use part of the Yellow River superfine sand and artifi cial machine sand mixed use,so it can prepare to meet the construction performance and strength requirements of the Yellow River superfine sand pumping concrete.In this paper,the Yellow River superfine sand and artificial sand are selected as the main fine aggregate,and the relevant material performance test is carried out,and some physical properties of the ultra-fine sand of the Yellow River are obtained.Through calculation,10%,20%,30%,40% and 50% of the Yellow River superfine sand are incorporated into the artificial machinery sand as the ratio of C20,C30,C40,C50 and C60 strength grade concrete respectively.The influence of the amount of superfine sand on the slump,expansibility,water retention and cohesion of the Yellow River is studied by comparing the compressive strength of the superfine sand in the Yellow River with 3d,7d and 28 d cube compressive strength value.So we can analyze the influence of the amount of superfine sand on the compressive strength of the Yellow River,and the suitable data of the Yellow River superfine sand with different grades are obtained through the analysis of the test data.Through the experimental analysis,when compared with the mixed with the Yellow River superfine sand and not being mixed with the Yellow River superfine sand concrete performance and compressive strength,we can analyze C20 and C60 pumping concrete in the Yellow River superfine sand of the best mixing ratio is 20%.And C30,C40 and C50 pumping concrete in the Yellow River superfine sand of the best mixing ratio is 30%.
