Auto wheel hub bearing unit as one of the important bearing and transmission parts of automobile,mainly used for bearing the weight of the corresponding as well as the automobile wheel hub to provide precise guidance.The vibration of the hub bearing unit affects the life and safety of the product directly,and is an important indicator of the quality of wheel bearings.As the third generation wheel hub bearing unit intelligent assembly project one of the key technologies,research on the vibration of the wheel hub bearing unit test has very important significance.Source of the first chapter narrates the first topic,the research background,expounds the developing course of wheel hub bearing unit,wheel hub bearing units are summarized the development trend of vibration test technology and deficiency.Based on the systematic analysis of the vibration test system of hub bearing unit,the research content of this topic is proposed.In the second chapter,we study the vibration test specification of the third wheel hub bearing unit,the vibration mechanism of the hub bearing unit and the theoretical analysis of the hub bearing.This paper discusses the time domain analysis and frequency domain analysis method of vibration signal,and provides the theoretical basis for the following sections.Chapter 3 is the third generation of automobile wheel hub bearing unit vibration test system for the mechanical parts of the overall scheme design,key design and hydraulic system design,the third generation of automobile wheel hub bearing unit vibration test system of selection of key parts.Chapter 4 focuses on the design of the electrical and software parts.The electrical section focuses on the design of the electrical control principle diagram,which is the design of the PLC circuit and part program.The software section focuses on the design of various sub-programs including the functions of software implementation,development process,signal collection,analysis and preservation of modules.With the help of the LabVIEW platform,you can use graphical languages to efficiently develop program development.The experiment was designed to verify the accuracy,stability and reliability of the vibration test system of the third generation wheel bearing unit.According to the results of the experiment,the test results are analyzed and verified the correctness of the experimental results.Chapter 6 summarizes and forecasts the full text.The experimental results show that the development and design of vibration testing system has good stability,reliability,control system design more reasonable,can complete a test to the vibration of the wheel hub bearing unit and automatic sorting,meet the design requirements.
