Study On Urban Design Method Of Cultural Industry Park

Cultural Industry Park as a spacial engine for the cultural and economic development could create economic and social Prosperity.A Cultural Industry Park is based on local cultural resources,worked on the Aspect of industry,commerce,tourism,real estate,landscape and other development.An urban multi-functional cultural industry space would be build through advanced planning development and management.The modern urban design theory was found in the West at the end of 19 century,however in 80' s of the 20 century urban design theory was first noticed and used in practice in china,some colleges and universities set up urban design courses,introduced the related theory and practice of urban design.With the rapid economic development and urbanization process forward,the role of urban design has become increasingly prominent.The urban landscape reflects what people' s demand and interest in the city,so the city is the carrier of culture,the essence of urban design is full of cultural contents.Cultural industry park is a cultural core in city space,which through urban design to be created,It is the way to achieve the planning vision and establish the industral constraction.First,This paper studies the urban design theories with spacial focus on Kevin Lynch's image theory,and pays more attention on traditional chinese culture identities,which to be connected with the urban design theorie.Second,by studying the representative cases of cultural park inland and abroad,the difference of design method in the East and West cultural context would be emphasized.Finally,taking Dongying Lvju Culture Park as an example,its urban design methods would be in detail analyzed.Through theoretical analysis and practical research,this paper argues that the urban design of the cultural industrial park should take the culture as the core,through the culturalized urban design theory to achieve the best integration of industry and culture,the paper has explored the cultural urban design method for the planning of native cultural industry park.
