As China energy efficiency standards improve,urgent demand increases demand for energy,energy conservation as an important task of China's economic development.As for the building,building envelope structure of separated construction of indoor and outdoor space and plays an important role in building energy consumption and maintain good indoor environment.The inner heat and moisture transfer of building envelope thermal performance,the whole building energy consumption and indoor thermal environment is very important.Cold regions facing the internal condensation of retaining structure,the winter frost,cracking and other issues.Retaining structure of high water pressure by the long-term effect,coupled heat and moisture transfer is more complex,accompanied by the water phase change problem.In this paper,influence of coupled heat and moisture transfer of building envelope structure overall performance to do a specific study.Including the building component damage,the impact on indoor air quality,energy consumption influence on building.Analysis of moisture transfer mode in the inner.From theoretical analysis of enclosure structure internal moisture migration trend.According to the porous structure theory to build the mathematical model of steam penetration.Utilization of CHAMPS software key different wall structure under the same conditions of moisture transfer,on the basis of the weight change curve comparison of these different humidity structural parts of different time part of moisture transfer rules,and then discusses the effect of insulation materials without of coefficient of heat conductivity,concluded the mathematical expression.Finally,based on the above research,to explore the optimal design about selection of material and the wall is constructed in the form of civil building envelope,put forward counter measures to prevent and control the corresponding thermal insulation material on both sides of the water vapor condensation.
