| Industrialized and civil building usually adopt external panels of factory prefabrication site installation as its exterior wall retaining system,external wall panels and the main structure usually adopts the connecting piece for connecting.After external wall panels which prefabricated transport to the construction site,through the simple installation,it can save a lot of working procedure,So this can not only ensure the construction quality,but also can save the time,speed up the construction schedule.This paper mainly studies a new type of exterior panels-the fiber cement exterior panels(referred to as FCP exterior panels),It composed of fiber cement board and steel keel internal,fill rock wool insulation,the fiber cement exterior panels with light weight,good heat insulation performance.Through the horizontal cyclic loading tests,studied the FCP exterior panels of 600mm and 800mm keel spacing and 600mm keel spacing with hole,through the experimental study on the seismic performance assessment the FCP exterior panels.The test connection form can reasonably use the fiber cement exterior panels strength and stiffness.At the same time,general finite element software was used to analyze the bearing and ductility capacity of FCP exterior panels.Major achievements of the dissertation are as follows:(1)This paper though horizontal cyclic loading tests studied three exterior panels.Analysis of failure in the form of exterior panels,The test results show that:In the loading to the yield displacement,the fiber cement exterior panels inside the left and lower right corners were appeared in 45 degrees of cracks,and the crack direction perpendicular to the diagonal direction,U connecting piece which connecting the fiber cement exterior panels and the main structure also appeared in transverse cracks.When loaded to failure displacement,the cracks in sustainable development,a small amount of the fiber cement exterior panels inside the corner off.After the test,the specimen removed,found with the main structure connecting edge at the keel plug-in board within the cut bad.(2)Comparison of the bearing capacity,stiffness degradation,strength degradation and ductility of three fiber cement exterior panels,get 600 keel spacing was increased by 3%than the 800 keel spacing on the bearing capacity and 600 keel spacing was increased by 10%than the 800 keel spacing on the ductility.At the same time,through comparison open the hole and did not open hole of 600mm keel spacing,did not open hole was increased by 50%on the bearing capacity.Description the hole is greatly the Seismic performance of FCP fiber cement exterior panels.But the fiber cement exterior panel with hole is better on the ductility,this is due to increased lateral hole on both sides of the keel.(3)Ductility coefficient range of FCP fiber cement exterior panels are in this test of 2.1~2.5,the yield displacement angle θy=1.14~1.714[θe],the ultimate displacement angle θu=0.228~0.4[θp].By comparison,it shows that the ductility of FCP fiber cement exterior panels are not good.According to the characteristics of FCP fiber cement exterior panels.Suggestions on the appropriate connections,in the elastic phase,can participate in the force structure,in the elastic-plastic stage,application of appropriate connections,which have a certain ability to adapt to the main structure deformation,reducing the external plate stress.(4)The fiber cement exterior panels standard board of 600 keel spacing for ABAQUS finite element simulation,fiber cement board use solid element,steel keel for the use of shell elements,the computational results agree well with experimental,verify the correctness of the finite element model.At the same time by comparing the bearing capacity and ductility of 300mm keel spacing,600mm keel spacing and 900mm keel spacing standards board,the following conclusions can be obtained:if the keel spacing is smaller,the bearing capacity is small,the ductility is better,that compared with the keel,with the bearing capacity of cement fiber board for more,but fiber cement board area increased can weaken the effect on the ductility;At the same time found that increased fiber cement board thickness,the bearing force becomes better,so as to improve the bearing capacity can be an appropriate increase of the panel thickness,but the panel thickness increasing,the ductility is smaller,so the fiber cement board thickness should not be too thick. |
