Cyclone is one of the most affected by natural disasters,the most destructive,the damage is more serious.Storm caused the collapse of housing,both high and towering buildings damaged,trees are broken by the wind;Vehicles in the process of driving by the effect of wind turbulence,uncontrolled,easy to cause traffic accidents,maritime vessels subjected to high winds are prone to tilt beforehand;Pole broken,collapse,wire was broken,causing blackouts;Winds often with a lot of dust,the wind pull out seedlings,agricultural products by strong wind blown down,fruit and vegetable was blown down,plastic greenhouses blown destroyed and caused the production of agriculture,forestry and crop.Also easy to cause huge waves storms and heavy rain,also can make the forest and fire situation is more serious in the city,and bring serious damage to the property of the human life safety,and the disaster vulnerability is very necessary.Wind load and structure parameters have obvious random uncertainty,so from the perspective of probability research under wind load and wind load of the structure of the static,dynamic response is the basis of the study of vulnerability.In this paper,on the basis of reference literatures at home and abroad,the reinforced concrete frame structure under the effect of change over time of fluctuating wind load of dynamic response and dynamic characteristics are studied,on this basis,the method of using the monte carlo simulation to calculate the structural vulnerability of disaster,based on the research of the structure of the vulnerability,discusses structure subjected to fluctuating wind,the possibility of a different degree of damage,for the study of high-rise building wind resistance performance to provide certain theoretical basis.This article main research content is as follows:(1)in different countries because of strong winds caused casualties and economic losses and building damage and so on,introduces some of the ways to study disaster vulnerability.(2)the study of the influence factors of average wind speed and the characteristics of fluctuating wind,particular introduces several kinds of fluctuating wind power spectrum.(3)the regression model of linear filtering method of theoretical research,MATLAB software programming analysis in davenport spectrum of fluctuating wind power spectrum.(4)from the pulsating wind calendar data obtained from the regression model,using S AP2000 software to calculate structure change over time the dynamic response under the action of wind load,get under dynamic loading of displacement,strain and stress.(5)through the study of uncertainty,wind load and material uncertainty,interlayer displacement Angle of damage variables,through the monte carlo method to determine the structural vulnerability of probability.
