Faced with the deterioration of the air environment and the global energy crisis,new energy vehicles and distributed renewable energy has gradually become the focus of research at home and abroad.On the one hand,the new energy vehicles use the grid charging,essentially the use of fossil fuels,can not really sense the low carbon;the other hand,electric car charging and renewable energy power generation are random,its simple access to the grid will cause bad impact.Micro-grid as a plug-and-play unit of the grid,EV and PV can be integrated together to solve the above problems,electric vehicles directly use the photovoltaic power generated by charging,can reduce the cost of photovoltaic transmission and the two simple network of bad influences.For the micro-grid with high-permeability photovoltaic,the randomness and uncertainty of photovoltaic and electric vehicles will bring new challenges to micro-grid operation.Photovoltaic output by the external environmental factors,such as cloud covering photovoltaic panels will indirectly cause voltage drop and other issues in micro-grid,so how to make electric vehicles as a strategic energy under uncertainty of photovoltaic micro-grid,get the optimal proactive charge-discharge strategy,and how to realize the cooperative scheduling of the power generation unit and the storage unit in the micro-grid are the main research question of this paper.In this paper,we first introduce the PV microgrids with electric vehicle charging-discharging facilities and its main facilities,analyze the optimization requirements of electric vehicles participating in the operation of PV microgrids,and put forward the decision method of proactive operation for electric vehicles charging-discharging under the condition of uncertainty of PV microgrid.In order to determine the state,behavior,state transition probability matrix and income matrix,the MDP is modeled on the basis of the micro-grid situational awareness,and then the situation is taking the initiative to make the decision-making.The uncertainty of the voltage drop of the PV micro-grid is taken as the determining factor.The Monte Carlo method is used to calculate the uncertain factors,and the required estimates are taken as the input of the MDP model.The optimal strategy of the proactive operation can be obtained by solving the model.Then,this paper puts forward the idea of converting the active operation process into the data communication and management process,and takes the multi-agent technology as the core to study the charging-discharging coordination control of the PV microgrid electric vehicle,that is,the realization of the proactive communication process.In order to realize theinteroperation of different devices,the information model based on IEC61850 standard and the function model based on multi-agent technology are established for PV microgrid.The IEC61850 and the multi-agent mapping relationship are used to combine the IEC61850 describes the micro-grid status information encapsulation and analysis of the received ACL information,and the design of the agent's coordinated control process.Finally,three experiments are carried out to solve and simulate the analysis.Experiment1 is the probability distribution fitting experiment,using the Monte Carlo method to obtain the required estimator by using the @risk software,and can be used as the input of the proactive operation decision method.Experiment 2 is to solve the MDP model,through the MATLAB tool in the toolbox to solve the optimal operation of the optimal strategy;The experiment 3 is based on the JADE platform,and the multi-agent simulation platform of PV microgrid is designed by using java programming language.The communication process is simulated and the information is exchanged through the ACL language encapsulating the IEC61850 information model,experiments verify the correctness and feasibility of the method.
