In recent years,along with the micro total analysis system(miniaturized total analysis system,referred to as ?-TAS)gradually developed the micro structure of the concept represented by magnetic fluid mixtures grinding method is widely used.The tRaditional magnetic abrasive has certain flaws in the device and abrasives on the one hand,the traditional grinding device can not meet the precision three-dimensional micro structure;on the other hand,the traditional use of magnetic abrasive has two kinds,one is the magnetic fluid has good particle dispersion,but because of its low viscosity and abrasive retention force is relatively low;and the magnetorheological fluid,although the viscosity is high,but the distribution of abrasive particles is not good enough.The MCF used in this paper is a combination of magnetic abrasive MF and MRF two advantages,MCF has good viscosity and stability of particle distribution in magnetic field.The effects of low-frequency vibration on the grinding precision of three-dimensional microstructure of HPM75 die steel were discussed.SEM,optical interferometric roughness and color laser 3D microscope were used to observe the micro-bump shape,measure the roughness and observe the roughness.Three-dimensional appearance.Secondly,by analyzing the grinding and basic machining characteristics of silicon carbide ceramics,the optimum composition parameters of MCF were obtained.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)The experiment of grinding and contrasting the top and the bottom of the miniature bosses were carried out by the low frequency vibration experiment device and the traditional experiment device respectively.The results show that the roughness of the top of the small boss is Ra = 0.594?m and the surface roughness of the bottom is Ra =0.065?m after grinding by the conventional grinding device.After grinding,the surface roughness of the top of the small boss is Ra = 0.069?m and the surface roughness of the bottom is Ra = 0.075?m.It can be seen: vibration grinding on the top of the small convex grinding better;for the bottom of the grinding two grinding methods similar to the effect.(2)By changing the ratio of MCF,MCF on silicon carbide ceramic grinding ratio.The experimental conclusions are as follows: MCF optimum proportion of components is diameter 1 m diamond(12wt.%),particle size of 7 m iron(45wt.%),MF(40wt.%),alpha cellulose(3wt.%).Using MCF optimization ratio for surface grinding of silicon carbide grinding,found after 120 min can achieve the best grinding effect: the average surface roughness of Ra=13.736 nm,the best surface roughness of Ra=5.412 nm MCF...
