With the rapid development of the automation technology,automatic guided vehicle(Automatic Guided Vehicle,AGV),as one kind of the key transporting vehicles in the internal logistics system,has been widely applied in the flexible manufacturing systems and internal logistics systems for its high safety and automatic and intelligence.In order to develop the competitiveness,AG Vs have being introduced into more and more companies.At the same time,in order to meet the more requirements of production processing,the number of AGV is increasing.As the demands of AGV,more and more scholars start to pay close attention to and study the multiple AGV system.However,the scheduling problem of multi AGV system is the key of AGV to the normal completion of the tasks.To study the scheduling problem has important theoretical and practical significance to us.Based on the summary of domestic and foreign AGV research literature,according to the industrial material handling system,designed the scheduling system based on RFID technology.The system is mainly composed of three aspects,respectively is the hardware and software design of single AGV,AGV scheduling algorithm research and the design of scheduling control system,two aspects of the scheduling algorithm is divided into the single AGV path planning and scheduling of multi AGV.The concrete content includes bellows:Firstly,it designed the single AGV.Combined with the designed actual requirements,introduced the hardware design of AGV subsystem,which comprises the vehicle frame system,control system,driving system,navigation system,communication system,security system,charging system and loading system.Moreover,each subsystem main structure and functions is introduced in detail.Then the AGV vehicle control system is designed.At the same time,given the experimental testing of the main performance parameters of the magnetic guided AGV.On the basis of single AGV design,conducts the research to the problem of path planning of single AGV.We firstly build the electronic map with the AGV running environment.Then,I introduced the RFID positioning technology with the actual operating environment and the electronic environment.Finally,on the basis research of the traditional Dijkstra algorithm,put the AGV turning and changing factors combined with the actual operation situation of the evaluation index of AGV,to improve the Dijkstra algorithm.After above research,I studied the multi AGV scheduling problem.Firstly,I introduced five kinds of common conflict in AGV scheduling,and on after the five kinds of conflict analysis,I introduced the solutions.On this basis,introduces the two concepts of priority and time window,and optimized the conflicts problems by combining the AGV priority and running time window for the multi AGV scheduling optimization.This kind of scheduling designs is a good way to solve the conflict problem in multi AGV system.Finally,combined with the design of single AGV before the AGV scheduling algorithm,designed the AGV Ground scheduling system.Then,given the AGV Ground scheduling system's framework,and introduced the realization methods and main function modules.Finally,through the running test,I proved the effectiveness of the scheduling system research and design in this paper.
