After distribution power access the distribution network,it not only by a single power supply becomes complex network of more power,but also have an effect on the power loss' the voltage?magnitude and direction of flow,as well as the safety and reliability of power operation.Therefore,it is necessary to change the segment switch and interconnection switch of the distribution system to optimize the distribution network,to reduce network loss,balanced load and improve node voltage etc.According to the wind power generation?photovoltaic power generation?fuel cell and micro gas turbine of four kinds of distribution power grid performance and interface form,which can be divided into PQ type,PV type,PI type and PQ(V)type,and to establish the distribution network operation model;by comparing several kinds of flow algorithm and combining with the model of distribution power supply,the forward and backward generation method is selected to calculate the power flow of distribution network with distribution power supply;taking the minimum network loss as the objective function,the distribution network reconfiguration model is established,and the constraint conditions are given;comparing the performance of binary particle swarms optimization algorithm(BPSO)to quantum behaved particle swarm optimization algorithm(QPSO),combined with the advantages and disadvantages of the application of the algorithm to the optimal reconfiguration of distribution network,an improved algorithm is proposed-weighted binary quantum behaved particle swarm optimization algorithm(WBQPSO);IEEE33 standard bus network as an example,BPSO algorithm and WBQPSO algorithm were used to optimize the reconstruction of distribrution network with DG,the comparison results show that the convergence speed of WBQPSO algorithm and the ability to reduce the network loss is better than BPSO algorithm,and also improve the voltage stability,verify the feasibility of the new algorithm.
