| The power of an electric vehicle is mainly from the battery of the car.It is driven by the motor gear wheel rotation and can meet the requirements of traffic,regulations on the car.At present,the global shortage of resources,environmental pollution and other challenges,the development of new energy vehicles has is a necessary choice of human sustainable development.Permanent magnet synchronous motor has small occupied space,high efficiency,light weight and other advantages.In this paper,a 34 Kw permanent magnet synchronous motor is designed,and the prototype of the machining and part of the test is completed.This paper firstly introduces the background of the subject and the development of PMSM at home and abroad,as well as the development of PMSM in the car.The operating principle of PMSM,the rotor structure and characteristics of PMSM and the steady state operation characteristics of PMSM are introduced.Then according to the actual needs of the project driving motor for electric vehicles,using the field calculation software,finite element software,combined with the PMSM working environment and condition specific restrictions,according to the structural characteristics of the conventional PMSM,using the method of combining field and circuit designed with a rated power of PMSM,speed 34 Kw,2700rpm.The design process and technical characteristics of the motor are analyzed in detail.Using Ansoft Maxwell finite element analysis of the model,discusses the load and load the performance at the same time,the important factor of the motor part calculated parameter,after several rounds of optimization to determine the size of the motor.In order to solve the torque fluctuation of cogging torque,motor will bring large vibration and noise problems caused by.Based on energy method,on the surface of the rotor,ranging from open auxiliary slot gap,pole arc coefficient,slot width,inclined pole five cogging torque method.The effect of slot on the rotor surface was verified by the PMSM with 12 poles and 18 slots.The PMSM 8 poles 48 slots to verify the design optimization effect of cogging torque of unequal gap.In order to reduce the winding length,convenient winding,here is the pole oblique pole to weaken cogging torque,the effect is very clear.But this will bring back the loss of potential,so the design should be taken into account.Finally,according to the optimization of the motor size manufacturing prototype,the establishment of the test bench and carried out a part of the test,the prototype of the relevant parameters and test curves were obtained and compared with the simulation. |
