In industry,squeeze casting is always guaranteed to make the internal organization of dense,smooth surface and excellent mechanical properties of casting.But for some uneven thickness pieces of castings in the implementation of liquid extrusion process,some thick parts of the casting prone to a number of the shrinkage cavity and porosity.The multi-squeeze casting can feed the thick parts of the shrinkage cavity and porosity.The multi-squeeze casting can feed the thick parts of casting,eliminating the casting defect from whole or partial such as shrinkage cavity,crack and porosity.In view of the forming process has a strong adaptability,related theories are not enough to make it as the study of this article.Firstly,this thesis builds the mathematical model of solidification field to the multi-squeeze casting.It proposes the solidification process assumptions based on elastic plastic constitutive deform,analyses the mechanical behaviors and determines the boundary conditions of the solidification field,latent heat of crystallization and so on.Finally it finds the influence of multi-squeeze casting to temperature gradient in solidification based on fluid thermodynamic.This paper uses professional casting analysis software to simulate the changing of temperature in squeeze casting and analysis the outcomes.Through the simulation,it obtains optimization program and then a comprehensive test was carried out.The results show that the quality of the casting is improved obviously.According to the features of multi-squeeze casting,the paper analyzes and summarizes the main points of the multi-squeeze casting mould,Then designs a parting surface,the overflow pouring system,heating and cooling systems and other non-molded parts,especially the lateral squeezing organization.It uses CAD software to design the mould of the right crankcase of motorcycle.Finally,in analyzing the features of multi-squeeze casting,the temperature control system is determined.It designs the PLC for main controlling unit,touch screen as the man-machine interface for the system solutions,then it selects the hardware of the system.Based on the theoretical study and numerical simulation of thermal parameters of multi-squeeze casting,this paper provides a reference for thermal parameters optimization,plays some part on the improving of casting quality,product efficiency and equipment amelioration.
