Small-scale unmanned aerial vehicles have been widely concerned in recent years. The new two-axis vertical takeoff and landing aircraft studied in this paper has low cost, small volume and low requirements for landing space, and is suitable for the application of mission in the complex environment The Firstly, the present situation of the development of small unmanned aerial vehicles at home and abroad is analyzed,and the popular research directions are analyzed in detail. The advantages and disadvantages of the small unmanned aerial vehicles with different structures are comprehensively understood. Then, The two-axis tilting rotor vertical take-off and landing aircraft, and analyzed the mechanical structure of the two aircraft,respectively, on the two different mechanical structure of the new two-axis aircraft The direction of the movement of the left and right sides of the servo tilting system and the thrust variation of the two sides of the power system are analyzed in different motion states and different postures.
