Study On Planning And Design Of Gushi Modern Agricultural Eco Tourism Science And Technology Park

Agriculture is the basic industry of the country.Under the background of global economic integration,the competition of agriculture is no longer the scale of agricultural resources,but the competition of knowledge and technology.Therefore,traditional agriculture must be transformed into scientific agriculture in order to build agriculture based on modern science and technology.In China,the development of modern agricultural park started from the building of the Beijing,China — Israel Modern Agricultural Demonstration Farm and the Shanghai Sun Bridge Modern Science and Technology Farm in 1990 s.After years of advancement,the modern agricultural park has been widely promoted in China,and these achievements advance the adjustment of agricultural structure,and enhance the competitiveness of this industry.However,from the view of operation,it can be found that there are still many problems in the planning and construction of many agricultural parks,such as serious homogenization,the unclear positioning of its development,poor ability in radiation drive,inadequate investment in science and technology,low comprehensive benefits,and so on.These problems have seriously hindered the modernization of China's agriculture.Before writing this paper,the author has collected and read the relevant literature on the development of modern agricultural park so as to conduct a systematic study on the advancement of modern agricultural parks,relevant theoretical basis and the status of research linked to this field at home and abroad.In addition,the author has also made clear of the definition of modern agricultural park,the characteristics of the park,design methods,etc.in order to get a comprehensive understanding of the modern agricultural park.What's more,the paper sums up the problems that should be avoided in the process of planning and construction of modern agricultural parks,and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.And under the guidance of theoretical study,the paper elaborates more planning on the development of the Gushi Modern Agricultural Research and Development Base featuring ecological tourism:First of all,the paper analyses the present situation and the socialbackground of the project.Based on the analysis of the investigation,the targeted location of the project has been determined by using the theory of sustainable development,landscape ecology and other related theories.More emphasis has been stressed on the leading role of science and technology demonstration park.?According to the overall planning,function zoning and detailed design are formulated.Through the project practice,inspection-related operational theory can better provide reference for future related planning.
