Thermal Manikin simulate humanity cooling use heating wire as internal heat,Mainly applied to testing the thermal resistance and clothing environmental comfort.On the market today,Thermal Manikin has a high price,but demand for it is increasingly is expanding.In the study,the hope can lower production costs.In the clothing field,the real test clothing thermal resistance to many people and many test,individuals and psychological factors of interference,so it was difficult to make an unified standards,In addition a lot of apparel experiment is a dangerous experiment as for a multi-person,fire prevention suits,antivirus clothes,etc of the test.Thermal Manikin has a standard unified,good repeatability and easy to use.It can solve the problems in these areas well.The article has summarized the Thermal Manikin the research background,and the status quo,a lot of design and simulation of basic research was done,including made the dummy human body,surface laying methods of resistance wire,methods of laying body skin,the methods of installation temperature sensor,the division of the section of Thermal Manikin,Final data show the formulation of programs.Research and testing on the surface temperature data acquisition and automatic control system.The choose of all of the hardware and software programming.The first time try to design a Thermal Manikin is a square human body which made of wood,because it is easy to processing.But it is difficult to make sure the heating wire close to the surface.Deciding to make a Thermal arm at last,mainly use to test the thermal resistance of sleeves because of time.Choosing out skin from silica gel to metal copper,o mixed the Epoxy resin with Copper powder at last for the better materials.Thermal Manikin is equipped with heating wire as internal heat source to simulate the human body heat emissions and test thermal resistance of clothes,whose surface temperature uniformity is demanding.To find out the main factors of uniformity temperature and meet the requirement of uniformity temperature,this article gives strategies of laying heating wire and temperature measure method.Spacing intervals between heating wires and distribution law of surface temperature have been obtained through comparison experiments.Furthermore,how much the thickness of simulating skin and the side boundary condition influence on temperature uniformity are analyzed.Therefore,some resolutions are brought up to decline the influences mentioned above.Further researches on this project are based on this.In the choice of electronic equipment,make sure that the Multichannel acquisition module FSC911 and the output module NI USB-6501.And calibration the instrument according principle of PT100 to have more reliable data.Thermal Manikin is an equipment which has a temperature control of high accuracy.It is difficult to establish an accurate mathematical model with PID temperature control because of its hysteretic and nonlinear nature of temperature variation.Meanwhile,it takes a long time to converge and has a weak anti-interference ability.Fuzzy control introducing the thinking mode of human can solve the problems above with the human's actual experiences by controlling the variables according to the temperature difference and the rate of temperature difference.The heating power has been adjusted by fixing the width of pulse interval and adjusting the width of pulse interval.The advantages of pulse current controlling the heating power have been analyzed,as well as the characteristics of temperature changing in the unsteady heat conduction.At last,it is proved that combined the PID and Fuzzy control has a rapid convergence and high accuracy with experimental data.Programs of computer were wrote by Lab VIEW platform.Thermal resistance,power,comfort,etc can read from man-machine interface directly,the surface temperature field is adopting a closed surface temperature field of the algorithm which draw the temperature field from the temperature of the few points.Artificial limbs physical model was draw in 3 D coordinate system.The high and low temperature can be distinguished from colors on de 3 D surface.Temperature cohesion is the narrative between Independent sections in some Nationals away from the truth.This algorithm that temperature field is continuous.
