| In the premise of ensuring safety,as far as possible economy is the most basic requirements of pressure vessel design.Design by formulate(DBF)and design by analysis(DBA)of pressure vessels are still based on the allowable stress design method(ie,the safety factor method).The material strength,component size,equipment load and boundary conditions are regarded as quantitative,Ignoring the impact of non-deterministic of the above parameters,and based on engineering experience using a total safety factor to ensure the safety of the design.So the allowable stress design method often can not take into account the pressure vessel economy.With the development of pressure vessel trend to large scale,the reliability design method of pressure vessel based on statistics and probability is paid more and more attention.Therefore,the load-resistance factor design method based on pressure vessel reliability analysis is introduced into the design specification,which has very important engineering significance.Based on the reliability analysis of pressure vessel,this paper studies the load-resistance factor design method,which mainly includes the following contents:1.The reliability expression of the typical structure of the pressure vessel is deduced by JC method and compared with the Monte Carlo sims of ANSYS.2.The load-resistance factor design method is briefly introduced.Based on the reliability analysis of pressure vessel and Standard for housing design,calculation the factor of design pressure,equipment weight,static pressure,impact load,seismic load,wind load,snow load,and temperature difference load.3.Briefly introduce the criterion of against plastic collapse in ASMEā
