The structure of the modern aicraft engine is increasingly complex.And the aicraft engine runs long time in the bad environment including high temperature?high speed?high pressure and heavy load.In these bad environment,possibility of appearing aero-engine fault is more and more high.So aero-engine needs higher reliability.Maintenance cost of aero-engine that accounted for 34 percent of aero-engine running cost is very expensive.So it is very beneficial and necessary that establishing a practical condition monitoring and diagnostic methods system.In this article,Acoustic emission technology is applied to diagnosis of aero-engine fault.The early damage monitoring technology based on acoustic emission technology for srtuctural materials is relatively simple.Acoustic emission technology have an advantage that is more sensitive to early damage and fault.The article completes an experiment of monitoring bearing fault of aero-engine through acoustic emission technology.Setting up the experimental platform and acquiring acoustic emission signal about different kinds of bearing faults.Then the article analyzes the signal feature according to the freture parameters?time domain?frequency domain and an intelligent method based on wavelet packet analysis and support vector machine.This article studies propagation characteristic and extraction method of bearing fault signal.So it provides new thought to acoustic emission monitoring system of aero-engine fault.The vibration testing technology is used to test the wheel bearing faults of the high speed train.This method is effective in the wheel bearing fault diagnosis of the high speed train.
