| As an important device responsible for power output and energy conversion,reciprocating machinery is widely used in various industries.Non-scheduled parking of reciprocating machinery will greatly reduce the efficiency of enterprises and the safety accidents occur frequently at the same time.Therefore,it is necessary to study the characteristics of reciprocating machines.In this paper,CFD simulation software FLUENT and RecurDyn software were used to simulate the running state and typical fault simulation technology of reciprocating machine.Based on the fault mechanism,the fault alarm architecture design based on the sensitive characteristics was designed.Simulation of compressor transmission mechanism was by Solidworks and RecurDyn software.Combining the simulation results with the experimental data,the fault diagnosis method based on the impact characteristics of the connecting rod small head was studied.The dynamic pressure of reciprocating compressor was simulated by FLUENT software under different operating conditions,and different spring stiffness and different leakage aperture were set up respectively.The dynamic pressure simulation of the reciprocating compressor under variable load conditions was carried out.Using RecurDyn software,the dynamic model of diesel engine crankshaft connecting rod mechanism was established,and the fluctuation law of instantaneous speed under different working conditions was studied.The method of measuring the instantaneous speed of diesel engine and the method of noise reduction of the original signal were studied. |
